Lovely home, easy access. Spotlessly clean and a great base from which to enjoy everything Broadstairs has to offer. An issue with the travel cot was resolved upon arrival. Kitchen is well equipped with all the basics you could need. Thanks for having us!

A true gem of a place to enjoy Broadstairs and the surrounding area. Kathryn’s place is an ideal place to stay when visting Broadstairs – right in the centre of things yet the only sounds audible are the seagulls. Very spacious and well apportioned residence. The top floor room and exterior balcony with magnificant sea views are phenomenal. Kathryn and Nancy were very responsive and always on hand, though we did not need them during our stay,

Great stay – place was clean and comfortable and made a perfect base, very close to the beach – each to nip back and forth. Roof terrace would be a brilliant perk in warmer weather.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Broadstairs – easy walking distance to beach and restaurants- shops, takeaways and High Street at the end of the road. Very well kept property with a (paying) car park opposite – would definitely recommend. Hosts responded very quickly to messages and very helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!
